Weather stripping and plastics

After almost 4 years of Florida weather and sun the plastics and weather stripping are beat up real good. Any suggestions/recommendations for a product to help slow down the degradation of these parts? I used an armorall product recently and it helped but I'm sure there's something better out there. I know I have to replace the window strips because they're cracked.

For weatherstripping, this stuff is the best. It's expensive but worth it.

This Florida sun don't play!!! It's getting worse, I'm gonna have to replace this trim piece. If anyone knows this part number please hit me up, I'm gonna start searching for it.
