At this point, I feel like it's just normalish due to all the people posting about it but not actually (seemingly) having a problem. Mine sounds the same way.

So with this noise remaining the same for the next few thousand miles, wanted to revisit.
Is this by chance the High Pressure Fuel Pump on the engine?
Is this a symptom of the faulty recall ones? I need to check on this with my dealer.

I know this is probably silly to ask but.
Have you pop the hood & have someone Rev it & tried to listen?

That way you can get a better understanding of where the noise is coming from & therefore a better diagnosis possibly?

Yes, absolutely have doen that multiple times. The noise carries and really seems to transfer through. I have been meaning to do this again with the stethoscope.

Right, my issue is that there is no check engine light. I really don't want to pay $180 diagnostic for them to find "Nothing". A ticking sound could be a multitude of things and a dealership would want to tear down the motor to find it, if that's the case.

Considering this seems to actually be a common issue I have seen a couple videos on, I was hoping there would be some info. Absolute worst case is rod knock with a damaged or spun bearing. But if a bearing is damaged they usually go very quick and rod knock is typically much louder and pronounced, almost no mistaking it. The car doesn't really have the noise when still warming up.
don't rely on CEL's. I've personally blew up two cars until they locked up, never got a CEL.
