The gold stuff is better that's all I really know, and is almost impossible to find in Canada. @hawk02 can tell us if it's a true synthetic?

It's not, still a group3 with a more "robust" additive package that helps it last longer.

No.... I know.. I tried to order it after and we couldn't do it without a new order so it would have cost me $30.. I'm trading it in come spring time so it'll be okay. Probably grab another wix filter. I can get wix, fram, k&n, Quaker state, Mobil 1, in my area.. wix is best? Or is OEM better than wix?
