Yeah u prob almost def right. For now I just want my car to work right again maybe do you think my jb4 scanned isn’t good enough to detect the code? It’s weird how it’s not picking up that

I haven’t fully done it but I turned the tune off

i didnt fully return to stock (take off bolt ons) but i did turn off the tune and it didn’t fix it

You can buy a cheap OBD2 reader off Amazon for like $20-30 bucks. Or go to your nearest autoparts store. They should have plenty of cheap ones.
