It's this isn't it, just opposite where the loose cable is now...

Looks like the bolt is missing from there too. The other side it would appears goes to the body. It’s behind the engine mount. Need 2 10mm bolts, maybe like half inch to an inch of threads long.

Stupid question alert. If only one part is not bolted on why do I need two bolts? In case you hadn't guessed I'm a complete novice

All fixed, car was in for timing belt and they fixed it.
They said the didn't know how the car was driving!

European civic engines have timing belt, I know, it’s weird lol.

Hi, I live in europe as well and have the same 1.0 Honda civic. I would be glad if you share some info. Is your civic Manual? How many KM has it gone that you decided to change the timing belt and if you dont mind can you also say how much it cost you to change the timing belt.

Hello Pal,
So mine was as done under a recall so I didn't pay anything. So I didn't decide as such it was something I needed to do as per the recall.
Mine has done 45k.
Honda seem to say 6 years or 75k. Someone will correct me but quick Google suggests that.
I wonder if anyone else on here has paid for one recently and can give a cost
