There was a recent thread where a user was threatening and abusive and he should have been stopped. The user PM'd me with a threat and I reported it, but no action was taken as far as I can tell.

I believe that I found that thread... absolutely appalling behaviour.

I appreciate mods cannot be everywhere, are busy people, and not compensated for their time here apart from community appreciation.

But if someone could ban that clown forever, it would be a Very Good Thing.

Yes, I read that thread, it was really very disrespectful and without any sense really. Likewise, I think that those who responded were very respectful. Excellent action by the Administrator.
