2019 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback 6 spd manual - Horn upgrade

I am waiting delivery of a horn upgrade from College Hill's Honda. My local Honda dealer is quoting $447 with 2.5 labor hours. They said the bumper has to come off. It looks like the honeycomb grill over the fog light should come off on this car as the horn is right behind that grill, but not sure. I'm not paying $450 to do this job. I saw a post that this honeycomb grill was taken off on a Civic R for a horn replacement. Is this possible on my car? Any advice?

For sure DO NOT pay anybody to replace the horn. Such a simple job I can't believe they'd screw over people like that. I have yet to do it myself but the grill should just pop off, no need to take off the whole bumper. With that horn replacement you got it should just be an OEM connection, super simple to install. Let me know how you like the sound. I'm going to replace mine as well, the horn on these cars are so laughable - so aggressive looking yet the tiniest sounding clown car horn.
