I am the original owner of this CTR, and it has never been in any accidents. There was a minor bumper hit in a parking lot, but no damage to the vehicle whatsoever.

This car has been meticulously maintained, exclusively using Pennzoil Ultra Platinum Full Synthetic 0W-20 Motor Oil. There are no scratches anywhere on the vehicle, whether on the paint, interior, rims, or Brembo brakes.

Equipped with 245/30ZR-20 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S XL tires, with only 3k miles on them.

It's also outfitted with Expel Paint Protection Film on the front of the vehicle, covering the hood, fenders, mirrors, and headlights. Applied by Ridin Clean Garage, one of the top shops in Florida, just 10 miles away.

Additionally, it features Full Ceramic Pro Nano Ceramic Coatings on the rims, body, and brakes, also applied by Ridin Clean Garage.

For enhanced comfort and privacy, it includes 3M ceramic tint with 70% on the front windows, 60% on the front side windows, and 50% on the rear glass.

This Civic Type R has never undergone modifications and is in pristine condition.

"My neighbor accidentally bumped into my car while it was parked, and when I reported it to them, because they refused to cover the cost of the dent removal. Luckily, because I had applied ceramic pro coating, only the plastic part of the bumper was slightly bent with no paint damage. I took it to a paintless dent removal service, and in just 10 minutes, it looked as good as new."

What do you reckon I should set as my asking price? I've noticed dealers around here selling for more, even with high mileage and no extras. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Not aiming to match FL5 prices, which have actually increased rather than decreased. I purchased a 2023 and 2024 at MSRP, unless you're factoring in markup. Even without interest or markup, you won't leave the dealership for less than 51k, and with a loan, it's around 55k. Adding a good PPF job with ceramic coating easily brings it to 58k. So, in terms of pricing, it's not a major concern for me. However, I'll be removing the extra wheel set and recalculating the price adjustment this weekend. May I ask where in Florida you're located?

First off, I love your car. And West Palm Beach!

You have a beautiful stock one owner and garage kept it looks like from the pictures, which are all great positives. Exactly what I and probably most of us want in a used car. The ppf is huge too.

I’m just saying the gap isn’t that big not including PPF. $4k more for a 5 year newer model car…
