Hey guys, can someone help me with my datalogs?

So I did my first one and everything went great, sent it off and got my second tune. Well for the 4th time now my tuner is unable to open the file, it would say failed to load. I also tried to open my datalog on my end and it says the same thing.

I hit record and run my car for about 20-30 minutes then stop the recording and save the datalog (it saves itself?), before shutting my car off. And on the bottom left hand of my screen when I have ktuner hooked up it says logging, would that make a difference? I am just so confused this time as when I did this a few years ago everything went smoothly. If someone has any input, that would be amazing, I just want to get my car tuned.

When I click on the onboarding nothing pops up, I will try to mess with it today to see if anything happens.
