Just as the title says. Currently running FK8 rims with adapters on my hatch, hit a really nasty pothole, tire now has giant gash. Swapped the rim out to one of my OEM 18inch rims.
Obviously I’m looking to get it fixed asap, but I’m curious if it’s mildly better than using a donut? Assuming I did the math right it’s only a .2 inch difference whereas I think the difference on OEM rims with the donut is like .5 inches or something?
Any input is appreciated, harsh or not
