I just picked up some black lug nuts for my FK8. These are the proper OEM Lugs for the FK8. I’ve seen a lot of confusing information, online, which sparked me to create this thread.
The part numbers are listed on the packages in the picture. The non Type R 10th Gen Civic has a different thread pitch, and Black Civic lug nuts will not fit. The correct part number is 08W42-TG7-100.
The proper torque spec, for the FK8, is on page 631 of the owner's manual: 94 lbf-ft, 127 N-m, 13 kgf-m. If you look around and try to do this research, yourself, like I did, you’ll just be guessing as to the correct ones.
Most of the places you find them, show the wrong picture. This should probably be a sticky, because the correct information, was so hard to find. I almost ordered the wrong lugs, 3 times. Hope this helps someone else.
