Question on front brake pads

I placed an order with Newparts for oem front brake pads. I believe i only received half my order since I paid $160 and only got pads for 1 wheel. Does that sound correct? Also Only 1 pad has a metal tab. Not sure if this is just the wear indicator or if more of these tabs are needed. This is my first time changing front pads so I am inexperienced. Thanks for the help!

Are you sure those are even front brake pads? They look like the rear pads to me. Hmmm... guess I was wrong.
