Exactly what I said, for people who can't afford a real sports car, so they try to turn a cheap car into a sports car,

This makes no sense,

You buy a low budget economy car, and then you spend a bunch of money trying to turn it into something that it is not,

Why don't you just spend more money on a better car to begin with?
