Passed Delaware Anti Theft Unit inspection 2. Passed Delaware DMV Safety inspection 3. Passed Honda Dealer inspection- Only caution was to replace wipers which was done at dealer (see pics for report) This car was bought from Geico Insurance at auction. It had been reported as Flood damaged. When the car arrived to us the carpets were dry. There were no smells or visible signs of water damage. Starter & brakes were replaced for "maintenance" ( your words) on a 2021?

Buyer beware because that screams severe flooding to me. The starter is probably 18 inches above the road to give context.
